Dr. David J. Cooper, DDS
After graduating from Georgetown University’s School of Dentistry, Dr. David Cooper established a successful general dental practice in Lexington Park, Maryland. Offering reliable and high quality dental care, serving patients of all ages, the practice grew.
The practice was renamed Tidewater Dental in 2003 and has expanded to offer a full range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontal therapy, and endodontics. Dr. Cooper is a recipient of the America’s Top Dentists Award. He is a founding member of the St. Mary’s Dental Study Club and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Todd D. Cooper, DDS
After graduating from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Todd Cooper received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland – Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He is the distinguished recipient of the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry Award for High Proficiency in Clinical Care and Patient Management.
Dr. Todd Cooper is a Fellow in the prestigious Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, achieving the highest level of training with laser tissue therapy. He is fully licensed to perform laser periodontal therapy (LANAP). He is known for his attention to detail and chair-side manner, as he enjoys educating patients about their dental condition and options.
Dr. John Seisman, DDS
Dr. John Seisman earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. Dr. Seisman was the sole member of his graduating class selected to participate in a clerkship focusing on Advanced Fixed Prosthodontics. He has been awarded the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics award for Excellence in Prosthodontics, the Harry B. Schwartz Memorial Award for Excellence in Fixed Prosthodontics, and was selected to be a member of the American Prosthodontic Foundation Scholar’s Program.
Dr. Seisman completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Virginia Commonwealth University which focused on comprehensive dental care including restoring dental implants, as well as the fabrication of complete and immediate dentures. Outside of the office, Dr. Seisman enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on his Jeep and cheering on the Ravens.
Dr. Ellen Wolf, DDS
Dr. Ellen P. Wolf received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland – Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. While in dental school she served as the National Student representative for the American Association of Women Dentists. Achievements and accomplishments include being the recipient of the Albert Schweitzer fellowship for community service, receiving the Delta Dental Student Leadership Award, and the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics. She was nationally recognized as a featured student in the ADEA – Official Guide to Dental Schools.
After dental school, Dr. Wolf completed a general practice residency at the Baltimore VAMC and began studies at the Pankey Institute. She is currently certified in Botox Cosmetics by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her hometown team – the Steelers – and spending time with her family.

Dr. Andrew Betaharon, DDS
Dr. Betaharon earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and was honored with an award from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) for his study and experience with dental implants. He continued his training with a general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Long Beach, CA, where he provided comprehensive dental care to our nation’s veterans.
Dr. Betaharon is experienced with all aspects of general dentistry. Dr. Betaharon is an Invisalign certified provider and an active member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), allowing him to provide treatment in a safe and comfortable manner for all patients. In his spare time, Dr. Betaharon enjoys cooking, running, biking, and spending time with his wife and four children.
